Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping costs and delivery times

• Free standard shipping on orders over €50; below that threshold, shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
• Delivery times vary by destination and by the carrier used for your region — this is shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
• Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed; delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.

International orders (including the United States)

For orders shipped outside the EU, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country upon arrival. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, contact support@strawberryskinlab.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
