These Terms of Service govern your use of strawberryskinlab.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error, even after order confirmation.

3a. International sales

We sell and ship to customers both within and outside the European Union, including the United States. Where we ship outside the EU, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country upon arrival (see our Shipping Policy). Products, packaging, and claims on this site are prepared for the EU/Dutch market; if your country has additional labelling, safety, or import requirements for cosmetic products, compliance with those requirements is your responsibility as the importer of record, unless we explicitly state otherwise for your region at checkout.

4. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors), in which case you will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout via our listed payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Product use, results, and disclaimer

Our products are cosmetic skincare products, not medical devices or drugs, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including keratosis pilaris as a medical diagnosis. Keratosis pilaris is a common cosmetic skin condition; our products are formulated to help manage its texture and appearance.

Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Any timelines, outcomes, or claims described on our site (including on product pages) reflect formulation research and typical use patterns, not a guarantee of results for any specific person. We recommend a patch test before first use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. Our products are not a substitute for advice from a dermatologist or doctor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or specific cosmetic outcome, beyond the statutory conformity guarantees that apply under Dutch/EU consumer law and cannot be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: Strawberry Skin Lab’s total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our products or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory Dutch or EU consumer protection law (including your statutory rights regarding faulty goods, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the law of your country of residence.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, the Strawberry Skin Lab name and branding) is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the Netherlands, save where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own local courts (this applies in particular to EU/EEA consumers under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012).

For customers located outside the EU/EEA, including the United States: you agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively under Dutch law and, to the extent legally enforceable, exclusively before the competent Dutch courts, and you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action against us to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
